ANVER SHEIKH - JUDGMENT DAY LOOMS
On Tuesday 31st October 2006 Anver Daud Sheikh's case returns to the Court of Appeal.
Having twice been a visitor to the Dock in the country's most well known courts this time Anver Sheikh can attend as a member of the public in the public gallery to receive the Judgment of Lord Justice Hooper, Mr Justice Aikens and Mr Justice Lloyd-Jones.
Whilst the contents of that judgment will not become known until shortly before the hearing the expectation after such a resounding appeal hearing must be of a significant intervention by their lordships into the Great Care Home Debate.
The Scene is set for one of the most important days in the history of the campaign against false allegations of abuse.
